Refund Policy

  • Clients are eligible for a refund if we:

    • Fail to deliver any thumbnails to them.

    • Fail to increase the CTR after three consecutive testing periods on any single video we work on. ​​

  • Refunds without service execution are not available once we have paid our designers or initiated the design process.

  • Refunds are not available to channels who fail to follow through on required steps for us to execute our service. 

    • ie. If you pay us then decide to lack communication for three months and ask for a refund we are not issuing your refund.​

  • We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in handling refund requests.​​

 Delivery Policy

  • Completed designs are delivered through our approval system on the Discord interface.

  • For reactivation, olooa commits to a 30 day period for delivering designs and initiating tests.

  • For shorts, olooa commits to a 30 day period for establishing a shorts channel and initiating uploads.

  • We ensure timely and secure delivery of digital products.

Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our digital products, returns are not applicable.

  • We ensure the highest quality in our digital deliveries to avoid the need for returns.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are free to cancel their service at any time.

  • Cancellations will not incur charges for further months of service.

  • We respect the decision of our clients and facilitate a hassle-free cancellation process.
