Clients are eligible for a refund if we:

Fail to deliver any thumbnails to them.

Fail to increase the CTR after three consecutive testing periods on any single video we work on.

Refunds without service execution are not available once we have paid our designers or initiated the design process.

Refunds are not available to channels who fail to follow through on required steps for us to execute our service.

ie. If you pay us then decide to lack communication for three months and ask for a refund we are not issuing your refund.

Delivery Policy

Completed designs are delivered through our approval system on the Discord interface.

For reactivation, olooa commits to a 30 day period for delivering designs and initiating tests.

For shorts, olooa commits to a 30 day period for establishing a shorts channel and initiating uploads.
