    • Provide editor access to the YouTube channel for which you are requesting our services.

    • Approve the list of videos that will be reactivated on your channel.

    • Review and approve the designs created by olooa before they are uploaded to your channel.

    • Provide detailed specifications and preferences for the designs you want to be created for your channel.

    • Utilize the project management platform to communicate with your designer.  

• Intellectual Property

  • All content on the olooa website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of olooa. However, the designs that are approved by you and used on your channel become your property. olooa claims no intellectual property rights over these designs once approved and used by you.

  • All content created for the specified channel will be considered joining property and maintain joint property rights. 

  • This content can be used on the olooa website for marketing purposes in order to display the quality of our work.

• Limitations of Intellectual Property:

  • Channel maintains all distribution rights related to content distribution on YouTube or any other social media platform. 

  • olooa maintains none of these rights and is not allowed to distribute content for the use of “growing a following” directly related to the content, but can distribute it to show quality of work done by olooa. 

• Limitation of Liability

  • olooa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. 

• Warranty Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. olooa does not warrant that the services will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

• Termination of Use

  • olooa reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services for any breach of these Terms of Service.
